Our long history of environmental planning experience is a unique and invaluable resource which has grown through close teamwork among its environmental experts, landscape architects, traffic engineers and planning professionals. We have prepared or reviewed more than a thousand environmental assessments and environmental impact statements on behalf of both our public and private sector clients. We have also prepared resource management plans and environmental analyses for individual sites as well as entire communities. Our firm has assisted New York State as well as numerous local municipalities in developing and implementing environmental quality review laws and effective resource protection regulations. Our environmental experts have experience in the identification and delineation of wetlands, the preparation of wetlands permit documentation and the design of wetlands mitigation plans. |
